What are the standard delivery times?

There is not really a standard delivery time owing to the breadth of range of products we supply and the fact that many items are made to order. As the lead times vary across the ranges we have taken to adding that products individual lead time to the product page above. You are also welcome to open the webchat or contact us by phone on any existing order for an up-to-date estimated delivery time. The delivery times on some products (and at certain times of the year) can be expedited by upgrading the courier service, to find out if this is possible on your order, simply reach out to our customer service team.

Can schools order by purchase order?

Yes, schools and educational establishments are welcome to order by purchase order and/or contact us for a competitive quote for tender purposes. Made to Order items: Non-returnable or cancellable once placed. Please call us in advance of placing order if you require any further information. 

Damaged items: Please notify within 48 hours of receipt. Simply call the sales office on 01359 250550 and we will arrange collection and redelivery.

Short Deliveries: Please notify us within 48 hours of order delivery by calling the sales office on 01359 250550 and we will resolve.

Warranty issues: Simply call us on 01359 250550 and we will advise the correct procedure for the manufacturers item in question.

Items simply no longer required can be returned within 14 days of delivery and may be subject to handling charge in order for us to make collection from customers address and restock with manufacturer. Items would need to be returned in 100% resaleable condition in original undamaged packaging. (Please note that items specially ordered and which are indicated as non-returnable in the product details cannot be returned for credit)

Credits are processed back to the customer once goods have been booked back into stock.
