Millions of children around the world have no access to education for many reasons, they live in conflict zones, girls aren't allowed to go to school or their families rely on their children to work to earn money instead of going to school.
The more we spread the word about this matter the more help we can get for children who can't get access to education.
'Nearly 15 million girls at primary school age will never get the opportunity to learn how to read and write in comparison to 10 million boys' - Global Citizen
'A child whose mother can read is 50 percent more likely to survive past the age of 5' - Global Citizen
'In one of three countries, less than three quarters of teachers are trained to national standards, resulting in 130 million children enrolled in school who are not learning the basics' - Global Citizen
One of the biggest contributors to global poverty is lack of access to education and even those who do attend school doesn't always lead to learning.
Over 600 million children and adolescents worldwide are unable to attain minimal skills in reading and mathematics even thought two thirds of them are in education.
